WOW!

I first heard about this product ten years ago when I started grooming. I was very excited to see it was still being made today so I ordered it.

I wanted to make sure to give it a good honest try. I used it on all my clients for the week as well as my personal dogs. I uaed the dematt AND the cologne. The smell is good when your spray and thats about it. Ive used about half the bottle so far and haven't noticed any real difference in terms of dematting. I have other products that work way better.

It may be great for say pet owners but definitely not salon quality.

Ill also add, the customer service is non exsistent. I placed an order and when it wasnt shipped in over a week I reached out and never received a reply until it was finally shipped almost two weeks later (Im in the neighboring province)

Id try this again but they never restock (Ive been on the notification list for the whole shampoo system) but its never been stocked.

They also delete any review that isnt five star so I disguised this complaint as a 5 star review

I invented the detangler as specifically plant-based, silicone free for myself in my salon...and brought it out to the market. I appreciate your feedback and input. We do struggle to get orders out sometimes within the 3 day window but do provide tracking#'s so you can track when it ships. Happily and gladly (groomers still do love and order for their salons)..and I'm sorry it wasn't to your liking. Specifically publishing this review for you. We definitely aren't for everyone! It's a different detangler and used definitely different than conventional silicones. Again-thank you. Sincerely, Faith :)

Good afternoon, my groomer recommended your product and it is amazing to use, I will be ordering again...but i will make sure not to run out as it did take a VERY long time to get it, was about to cancel my order when I received the email that it was on it's way...
